Pierce Outdoor Hospitality grew from a love of the RV lifestyle and a belief that great destinations don’t happen by accident. After years of traveling, experiencing parks as guests, and eventually stepping into the day-to-day operation of RV parks and resorts, we began seeing outdoor hospitality from both sides of the check-in desk.
For us, outdoor hospitality isn’t something we learned from a spreadsheet. We’ve lived it—from answering the phone and welcoming guests to managing employees, improving systems, dealing with infrastructure challenges, watching the numbers, and making the decisions that keep a property moving forward.
That hands-on experience shaped POH and the way we work today. We believe the best operators understand both sides of the business: the experience guests see and the operation behind the scenes that makes it possible.

Pierce Outdoor Hospitality is led by Brian and Cat Pierce, a husband-and-wife team whose experience spans operations, leadership, education, coaching, hospitality, and hands-on RV resort management. Together, they bring a practical, people-first approach to building stronger teams, better guest experiences, and more resilient outdoor hospitality businesses.

Brian brings a practical, hands-on approach to property operations and performance. His background in leadership, problem-solving, team management, and real-world RV resort operations gives him a strong understanding of what it takes to keep a property moving forward. From infrastructure and maintenance challenges to staffing, systems, and financial performance, Brian focuses on finding practical solutions that strengthen both the operation and the guest experience.
CAT PIERCE

Cat brings a people-first approach to hospitality, leadership, and guest experience. Her background in education, coaching, team development, and hands-on RV resort operations gives her a unique ability to connect the people side of the business with the systems needed to make it work. From developing teams and strengthening the guest experience to marketing, revenue opportunities, and owner relationships, Cat focuses on creating places where people feel welcome and properties are positioned to grow.
